The Okanogan Valley

The Okanogan Valley’s hot, dry summers help develop dense bulbs with concentrated flavor and excellent storage life. Its cold winters provide the natural vernalization garlic needs to form strong, well-structured bulbs, especially in hardneck varieties Combined with rich, well-drained soils, these conditions produce large, high-quality bulbs with outstanding clove formation and dependable performance year after year.

Flavor is at the heart of what we do. The valley’s long growing season and warm summer finish allow our garlic to fully mature, developing rich, complex character.
